Salary: $110,500–$154,675 USD (Zone 1) or $99,500–$139,250 USD (Zone 2)

What you will do
- Manage one of the talent development programs, such as Career Development enablement.
- Facilitate key global programs for Talent and Leadership Development, including New Hire Orientation and Leadership development.
- Leverage AI tools, analytics, and digital platforms to design scalable, high-engagement learning experiences.
- Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify learning needs and align programs with hirify.global’ growth roadmap.
- Measure and evaluate program effectiveness using data and experimentation, and continuously iterate on outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience owning global learning or talent programs in fast-paced, scaling companies.
- Proven success guiding talent or leadership development program delivery, with expertise managing stakeholders and priorities.
- Deeply analytical, using data for decision-making, continuous improvement, and demonstrating clear program impact.
- Creative, resourceful problem-solver who thrives on turning uncertainty into high-impact solutions.
- Strong communicator and influencer with a track record of building consensus and delivering quality results.
