What you will do

  • Establish and maintain product launch frameworks, operating models, and launch calendars aligned with development and field teams.
  • Organize and execute critical product launches, including events and webinars, ensuring cross-team alignment and readiness.
  • Lead a competitive intelligence team to provide timely insights and strategies to sales teams for market differentiation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver repeatable sales motions to achieve operating targets.
  • Drive quarterly and yearly planning, reporting, and coordination for product marketing teams.
  • Develop consistent templates, best practices, and portfolio-level content for cross-product activities and sales enablement.

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years in B2B marketing or related fields and 5+ years leading marketing functions.
  • Strong planning, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
  • Must reside in eligible US states as specified; candidates from excluded states are not eligible.
  • Experience in software/SaaS/B2B technology and product marketing preferred.
