Location: Remote, within the United States

Salary: $239,500 – $359,200 Annually

What you will do

  • Drive the vision, execution, and growth of hirify.global’s AI and knowledge platform portfolio.
  • Engage with market buyers and enterprise customers to translate needs into product outcomes.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to define technical priorities and ensure product value at scale.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, and customer success for commercial execution and market adoption.
  • Lead efforts with pricing, portfolio strategy, and ecosystem/partnership teams to strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Represent hirify.global as a thought leader in Autonomous AI and Knowledge platforms, analytics, and AI.

Requirements

  • 15-20 years of experience in Product Marketing in the technology space.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Agentic AI, Database Management Systems, Data Warehousing, data platforms, cloud databases, analytics platforms, and AI/ML ecosystems.
  • Proven track record leading global product management organizations in complex B2B environments.
  • Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers in technical and business-level discussions.
  • Demonstrated success developing pricing strategies, ecosystem partnerships, and GTM enablement.
  • Ability to work with a US-based leadership team.
