What you will do

  • Drive measurable growth in Partner Sourced and Influenced pipeline by operating Partner Marketing as a primary demand generation channel.
  • Own and execute the global marketing strategy for all partnership tiers and manage the partner ecosystem.
  • Lead the coordination of unified partner messaging and integrate partner motions into broader Global Demand Generation campaigns.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Partner Marketing team with a focus on empathetic leadership and a "One Team" mentality.
  • Manage the global partner marketing budget and Market Development Funds (MDF) with 100% accuracy and ensure flawless execution of marketing tactics.
  • Oversee performance reporting and analytics for the partner channel, providing executive visibility on pipeline contribution and ROI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in B2B Marketing, with specific expertise in Partner Marketing and Demand Generation.
  • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce partner ecosystem (GSIs, SIs, ISVs) is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Alliances, Marketing, and Sales leaders to drive shared success.
  • Strong analytical mindset, managing by metrics and differentiating between Sourced and Influenced revenue.
  • High ownership, urgency, and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Pardot), plus proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Asana).
