Location: Remote (Australia and APAC region). Travel primarily within the assigned region.

Salary: Competitive compensation package with uncapped commission and VSOP (Virtual Stock Option Plan).

What you will do

• Drive regional expansion and acquire new Enterprise clients in Australia and APAC.
• Lead potential new customers through the sales journey and solution presentations.
• Prospect and self-generate a significant portion of the sales pipeline.
• Nurture priority accounts to generate expansions and product upsells.
• Negotiate commercial offers and navigate legal/procurement processes in B2B SaaS sales.
• Evangelize hirify.global's vision through product demonstrations and events.

Requirements

• Proven record of success in closing large and complex SaaS Enterprise deals over $50k.
• 3 years of proven SaaS solution selling experience as an Account Executive.
• Ability to map out and strategically define account & territory plans.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, Sandler, MEDDIC.
• Some technical knowledge of the CMS space and digital experience ecosystem.
• Native English speaker required.
