Focus on developing advanced customer knowledge, accurately forecasting sales pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation.

Location: Hybrid, based in Sydney, Australia (Expected to be in the office at least three days per week)

What you will do

  • Build relationships with small business customers, ensuring revenue growth and retention.
  • Understand customer business pains and provide platform-based solutions.
  • Develop strategic territory plans for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and track key metrics related to customer growth and product usage.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive product innovation.
  • Engage in team development and mentoring.

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing a large book of business (150 accounts) for retention, renewals, and growth.
  • 1+ years selling SaaS products.
  • Experience managing procurement processes.
  • Strong sales instincts and a track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain deep client relationships across complex organizations.
