TL;DR

People Operations Partner: Enabling and scaling global People Operations for a high-growth AI-native CRM company, with an accent on improving systems, processes, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Focus on automating workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting seamless employee lifecycle management.

Location: London, UK (On-site). Must be able to work from the London office at least 4 days per week and be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

hirify.global is building the first AI-native CRM to redefine the industry, having recently raised a $52M Series B led by GV (Google Ventures).

What you will do

  • Scale and enable global People Operations to support rapid headcount growth.
  • Continuously improve end-to-end global onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Optimise and manage core People systems (e.g., HiBob, Ashby, Sequoia, Carta) ensuring data accuracy and automation.
  • Partner with Finance on payroll inputs, PTO administration, and operational workflows.
  • Support multi-jurisdiction HR compliance across UK, Ireland, Germany, Poland, Portugal, and the US.
  • Serve as a key contact for day-to-day People Ops and HR queries, providing pragmatic guidance.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in core HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience supporting teams in high-growth, multi-jurisdiction environments.
  • Proven ability to enable, optimise, and scale People Ops systems and workflows.
  • Ability to work from the London office at least 4 days per week.
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK.
  • Pragmatic, people-first approach with comfort in ambiguity and change.
