TL;DR

Talent Coordinator (HR Operations): Own and optimize the end-to-end candidate journey, coordinating global interviews and managing ATS to enhance hiring efficiency with an accent on candidate experience and process improvement. Focus on balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global fintech environment and driving data-driven improvements to the hiring process.

Location: Hybrid in London with remote work allowed on Mondays and Fridays

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end candidate experience ensuring alignment with company values and culture
  • Coordinate complex global interview schedules across multiple time zones
  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates with timely and thoughtful communication
  • Monitor and analyze candidate Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback and implement improvements
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline hiring processes and optimize efficiency
  • Manage and enhance the ATS (Ashby) to improve workflow and visibility

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years experience in talent coordination or similar in-house roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Experience managing or optimizing ATS systems, ideally Ashby
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to turn feedback into actionable improvements
  • Comfortable working across teams, time zones, and cultures

Hiring process

  • 30-minute screening call with Talent Partner
  • 45-minute leadership interview with Lead Talent Partner
  • Final stage includes a 45-minute task with Head of Talent and VP People, followed by a 45-minute stakeholder interview
