Location: Hybrid in the UK or Ireland (London, Cardiff, Dublin, Manchester, Southampton offices)

What you will do

  • Support the implementation, embedding, and ongoing roadmap of activities for Workday, including HCM, Payroll, Absence, Performance, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and integrations.
  • Translate HR and Payroll processes into technical requirements for Workday and configure these requirements.
  • Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of Workday system changes and bi-annual upgrades.
  • Interpret business problems into system solutions, ensuring Workday functionality reflects business and people policies.
  • Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIBs.
  • Support the integration of Workday with key business systems and ensure the system is intuitive for employees and managers.

Requirements

  • Workday configuration experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Workday reporting, integrations, and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of Excel and EIBs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communicator and team player with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work with autonomy.
