What you will do
- Provide data insights and analysis for strategic and operational decision-making in Sales.
- Build, maintain, and improve Looker dashboards covering sales performance, pipeline, and acquisition metrics.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses for Sales Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions Operations, and Commercial leadership.
- Analyze sales development channel performance (e.g., AI-supported) to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Support sales team analytics, including performance tracking, productivity, and target attainment.
- Create and maintain annual and recurring visualizations for planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Must be available to work in our Munich-based office.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- An independent and hands-on work attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent English skills.
