TL;DR

Chief Of Staff (Fintech): Lead and optimize business operations, organizational design, and internal processes at a fast-growing fintech startup with an accent on strategic planning, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving high-impact projects, enhancing productivity, and supporting the CEO in scaling the company.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany with flexibility to work remotely across Germany and up to 60 days workation in the EU

hirify.global provides a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform enabling seamless digital access to capital markets through a single API, empowering fintechs, banks, and wealth managers across Europe.

What you will do

  • Drive business performance by creating an environment for strong operational execution and productivity.
  • Work closely with the CEO as a key problem solver and strategic partner.
  • Lead special projects across the company and elevate insights for management decisions.
  • Own People, Talent & Founders Associate functions, setting strategy and leading teams.
  • Manage key internal processes and ceremonies including planning and company events.
  • Collaborate with shareholders and strategic partners to align company contributions with group strategy.

Requirements

  • Location: Ideally based in Berlin or anywhere in Germany with hybrid work setup
  • English: Proficient communication in English and German
  • 10+ years experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, investment banking, or fintech.
  • Strong leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality.
  • Experience in organizational design, strategy, and people management.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, frequent change, and broad scope of responsibilities.
