Sales Operations Manager (AI): Designing, implementing, and optimizing systems and processes to drive go-to-market success for Libra, a legal AI workflow solution, with an accent on operational excellence, data integrity, and actionable insights across the revenue funnel. Focus on managing CRM systems, building forecasting models, developing scalable workflows for lead management, and translating sales data into strategic decisions.

Location: Hybrid and/or Remote from Poland, Romania, Germany, Netherlands or Belgium. You can connect and collaborate with colleagues in local offices.

What you will do

  • Manage WK Libra CRM systems and interface with hirify.global Salesforce, creating dashboards and reports for data accuracy and visibility.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models for ARR, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
  • Develop scalable workflows for lead management, opportunity stages, and GTM function handoffs.
  • Translate sales data into actionable insights to guide strategy, resource allocation, and territory planning.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to streamline onboarding, quota planning, compensation tracking, and playbook development.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Gong, Intercom) to drive efficiency and automation.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–8 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategy within a large complex corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
  • Process Expertise: Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize GTM processes and reporting frameworks.
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills to simplify complexity and communicate clearly.
  • Mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and brings structure to ambiguity.
  • Language: Native or fluent English proficiency (C1+).
