TL;DR

Principal People Data Analyst (AI): Leading the rebuild of hirify.global’s people analytics foundation and partnering with C-level leaders to translate workforce data into insights. Focus on designing metrics for AI-native transformation, mentoring a team, and delivering data-driven recommendations for workforce planning and organizational health.

Location: Hybrid in our Berlin office, Germany. No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship is offered for this role.

What you will do

  • Lead the rebuild of hirify.global’s people analytics foundation using modern tools and automation.
  • Partner with C-level leaders to translate workforce data into actionable business insights.
  • Design the metrics and tracking systems for the company-wide AI-native transformation.
  • Mentor and guide a team of experienced analysts.
  • Own the delivery of insights supporting workforce planning, organizational health, and future growth.
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics solutions align with business needs.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of experience in people analytics or a related data leadership role.
  • Proven ability to design and scale people analytics systems from the ground up.
  • Strong technical skills with SQL, PostgreSQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must be able to work hybrid from our Berlin office.
