Location: Located in Munich or open to relocate to Munich, Germany

Salary: €18 per hour, plus a monthly food allowance of €46.5 net and 50% transportation cost coverage.

What you will do

• Perform insightful business analyses and propose actionable strategies to enhance client outcomes.
• Develop engaging presentations and materials for client workshops.
• Conduct deep market research, uncovering trends and opportunities within the e-commerce landscape.
• Collaborate on high-impact internal projects with cross-functional and international teams.
• Provide vital support to the leaders and managers of the Customer Success Team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a focus on Business, Economics, or a related field, and already have health insurance.
• Deeply interested in the e-commerce industry and its evolving dynamics.
• Fluent in both English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, capable of creating compelling data visualizations and presentations.
• Creative problem-solver with very strong analytical skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Located in Munich or open to relocate and eligible for working student status.
