What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of new features, collaborating with Nexus and OSS teams to ensure reliability and a great developer experience.
• Design and build Nexus interfaces for hirify.global SDKs, enabling customers to work with hirify.global in their preferred programming language.
• Tightly integrate hirify.global SDKs with their respective languages, utilizing type systems and runtimes for durable and deterministic application code execution.
• Develop foundational features that enable reliable execution of current agentic AI systems.
• Work directly with the community to debug issues needing expert attention and gather feedback on hirify.global SDK features and APIs.
• Write publicly-readable technical documentation describing hirify.global concepts and APIs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a production environment as an "Arranger" and/or "Builder/Enhancer" of highly scalable distributed systems.
• Solid computer science fundamentals in distributed systems concepts, including multi-threading and concurrency.
• Experience writing concurrent code in production with languages like Go, Java, Python, TypeScript, or .NET at an advanced level.
• Experience designing APIs, SDK libraries, or working with Open Source Systems.
