What you will do

  • Oversee IT service delivery across hirify.global UK and Operating Companies, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Lead and manage Service Desk operations, acting as a key point of escalation for service-related issues.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve IT service management processes and standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the service delivery team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Manage third-party vendors, including performance management, contracts, licensing, and invoicing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT service delivery management within a complex or multi-entity environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and service management frameworks.
  • Experience managing service teams and third-party vendors.
  • Solid knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and service performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on, service-oriented mindset.
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without restrictions.

Nice to have

  • ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent service management certifications.
