Product Manager (B2B SaaS)

TL;DR

Product Manager (B2B SaaS): Contributing to the strategic vision and roadmap of hirify.global' cloud-based data processing solutions, determining strategic priorities, and translating them into product enhancements with an accent on customer needs analysis, product requirements prioritization, and collaboration with engineering, design, and program management teams. Focus on driving key decisions, removing roadblocks, and leveraging analytical skills to measure product progress against business and strategic goals.

Location: Hybrid in Munich. Full visa and relocation support provided for international candidates to Munich.

What you will do

• Deep-dive into customers' needs, their "job-to-be-done", workflows, and the reality capture industry.
• Translate opportunities into product requirements and prioritize them accordingly.
• Successfully deliver solutions in close collaboration with engineers, designers, and program managers.
• Proactively bring together all stakeholder voices to drive key decisions and remove roadblocks for the team.
• Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to measure product progress towards business and strategic goals.

Requirements

• A university degree in business, science or engineering.
• At least 3 years' experience in a software product management role, preferably managing a B2B SaaS product.
• Demonstrated experience with agile software development processes from prototyping to release.
• A natural curiosity and interest to collaborate with engineers to understand technical feasibility, dependencies and opportunities deeply.
• Proven track record of managing diverse stakeholder needs and a data-driven approach.
• English: C1 (Fluency required as it is our official language of communication).
• German: B2 proficiency (at least required).
