What you will do

• Lead design and development of a web-based cybersecurity platform ensuring security, scalability, and performance
• Own delivery end-to-end from architecture to production readiness and maintainability
• Provide technical leadership, set engineering standards, and guide architectural decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of ownership and excellence
• Design and implement frontend and backend systems using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of fullstack development experience with secure, scalable applications
• Proven technical leadership experience as Team Lead or senior engineer
• Strong startup mindset with proactivity and ownership
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and databases (Postgres, MongoDB)
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud DevOps
• Fluent English communication skills
