TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, onsite in New York City office three days per week

Salary: $77,000 - $90,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Lead scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews, including onsite visits and high-priority candidates.
  • Optimize and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), including configuration, troubleshooting, and automation.
  • Develop recruiting documentation and workflows to improve team efficiency and onboarding.
  • Create and maintain recruiting metrics reports to monitor performance.
  • Partner with talent teams to lead or support projects improving scheduling SLAs, candidate experience, and compliance.
  • Train team members on recruiting systems and troubleshoot system issues with vendors.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work onsite in New York City three days per week
  • 2+ years experience in talent operations or recruiting coordination, preferably in high-growth environments.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, especially Greenhouse or Ashby.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

  • Experience supporting technical recruitment teams.
