What you will do

  • Support the strategy, administration, and ongoing evolution of global HR applications for HR programs, workflows, and local compliance.
  • Participate in HRIS transformation initiatives across HCM, time & attendance, and ticketing systems, including automated integrations.
  • Manage HRIS data governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security across all People systems.
  • Drive HR process automation and system improvements to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
  • Support and optimize integrations between HRIS, Payroll, ATS, and Finance tools, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with vendors.
  • Oversee system-enabled employee lifecycle processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, leave management) ensuring smooth coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • English: B2 required
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HRIS/HR Applications and overall 5+ years in People Operations.
  • Strong experience operating in multi-country environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, HiBob).
  • Strong data analytics skills using Excel, Power BI, or custom reporting tools.
