Application Consultant

Application Consultant (Product Management): Guide customers in North America through automation and workflow efficiency improvements using hirify.global spend management solutions with an accent on cloud-based SaaS systems and finance process optimization. Focus on analyzing customer data, training clients, and collaborating with global teams to implement best practices and new features.

Location: Hybrid in New York and Jacksonville, United States. Must be based in the US or able to work hybrid from these locations.

What you will do

• Work closely with customers to improve processes and increase workflow automation efficiency.
• Analyze customer data to suggest improvements for automation.
• Guide customers on best practices and product configuration.
• Inform customers about new features and their business impact.
• Train and support clients during testing and go-live phases.
• Collaborate with global Professional Services team and external partners.

Requirements

• Must have experience with cloud-based/SaaS IT systems.
• Prior experience in spend management, Source-to-Pay or Purchase-to-Pay processes.
• Strong communication skills and structured work approach.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks with quality control.
• Experience as a consultant or in accounting.
• Location: Hybrid in New York or Jacksonville, US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, or Infor M3.
• Project management experience and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor of Science or higher degree.
