What you will do

• Oversee payroll process and ensure compliance with labor law regulations
• Prepare operational and payroll reports, analyze data, and identify optimization areas
• Manage a 3-person operations team, plan workload, and monitor KPIs
• Implement and optimize operational processes including time tracking and reporting
• Work with HR/payroll systems such as Enova and Humanity
• Collaborate with Legal and HR departments on legal changes and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in operations, payroll, or HR Operations
• Knowledge of payroll processes and Polish labor law regulations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Experience with HR/payroll systems (Enova)
• High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Experience managing a team of 2–3 people
• Practical experience with Polish labor law
