What you will do

• Maintain and archive employee personnel files in compliance with Polish legal requirements.
• Prepare and process employment documentation including contracts, terminations, and certificates.
• Manage personnel actions in HR systems and register employees with social insurance authorities (ZUS).
• Support payroll and finance teams with accurate HR and timekeeping data.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and occupational health and safety documentation.
• Assist with HR audits, labor inspections, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Kraków, Poland
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, Law or related field with 2+ years HR administration experience.
• English and Polish language proficiency at C1 level or above.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish Labour Code, social security regulations, and HR systems like Enova.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
