What you will do

• Serve as the lead point of contact for customers in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Drive new account sales by demonstrating the benefits of the company's product and services.
• Collaborate with the line manager to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years in a similar industry.
• Fluent in English and multiple African languages.
• Computer literacy with good command of Google apps.
• Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, and adapt to changes.
