What you will do

• Write clean, reusable code using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.
• Advocate and implement continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software early.
• Build innovative customer experiences in collaborative, value-driven teams.
• Create large-scale distributed systems from microservices.
• Collaborate on feature design, prototypes, and embed UX best practices.
• Mentor less-experienced peers and drive technical excellence.

Requirements

• Must be Singaporean citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
• Fullstack development experience with Python and JavaScript.
• Deep hands-on experience building and productionizing AI agentic solutions (e.g., RAG, LlamaIndex, CrewAI).
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies, TDD, CI/CD, and DevSecOps culture.
• Strong passion for continuous learning in AI frameworks, event-driven architectures, and platform engineering.
• Bonus: knowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
