What you will do

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from deployment through activation.
• Collaborate with customers to identify the most productive use cases for Devin.
• Build deep relationships with customer engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration and adoption.
• Implement requested features directly based on customer feedback and advocate for user needs.
• Utilize product instincts to help shape the overall product roadmap.

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM field.
• Proven track record of successful enterprise deployments in GTM or forward deployed engineering roles.
• Excellent communication skills for discussing complex technical topics with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-intensity environments.
• Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn and grow in scope quickly.
