What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction and value realization.
- Own post-sale lifecycle for 45-60 accounts, ensuring timely renewals and mitigating churn risks.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities tailored to client needs.
- Use client data and analytics to track account health and tailor success strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Advocate for clients internally to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be located in or near Sydney, Australia with hybrid work model.
- 4-6 years experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales in SaaS B2B.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Proven success in revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and business metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, including with C-suite executives.
