TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Sales): Manage customer relationships and account lifecycles for a SaaS CRM platform with an accent on retention, upselling, and data-driven account growth. Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia with minimum 2 days in-office per week

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction and value realization.
  • Own post-sale lifecycle for 45-60 accounts, ensuring timely renewals and mitigating churn risks.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities tailored to client needs.
  • Use client data and analytics to track account health and tailor success strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Advocate for clients internally to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or near Sydney, Australia with hybrid work model.
  • 4-6 years experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales in SaaS B2B.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Proven success in revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and business metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, including with C-suite executives.

  • Experience with CRM, Marketing, or Customer Experience technology.
