What you will do
- Lead the contract renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage segment-specific renewal strategies, including automated and manual high-touch processes.
- Conduct contract negotiations, aligning terms, pricing, and details with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (CSMs, AMs, Legal, Finance) to mitigate risks and convert expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and pipeline activity in CRM systems and provide reporting on KPIs.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Sydney Metro Area, Australia, and willing to work hybrid in the office at least two days a week.
- Proven B2B SaaS customer-facing experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or commercial CSM roles.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and retention targets (gross retention, net retention, expansion ARR).
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and contract management processes.
- Strong influence, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and attainment reporting.
Nice to have
- Nordic languages, French, German, Spanish or any other additional language proficiency.
- SaaS HR Technology experience.
