TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Sydney Metro Area, Australia. Candidates must be based in Sydney and willing to work in the office at least two days a week.

What you will do

  • Lead the contract renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage segment-specific renewal strategies, including automated and manual high-touch processes.
  • Conduct contract negotiations, aligning terms, pricing, and details with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CSMs, AMs, Legal, Finance) to mitigate risks and convert expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and pipeline activity in CRM systems and provide reporting on KPIs.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Sydney Metro Area, Australia, and willing to work hybrid in the office at least two days a week.
  • Proven B2B SaaS customer-facing experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or commercial CSM roles.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and retention targets (gross retention, net retention, expansion ARR).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and contract management processes.
  • Strong influence, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and attainment reporting.

Nice to have

  • Nordic languages, French, German, Spanish or any other additional language proficiency.
  • SaaS HR Technology experience.
