What you will do
- Support sales and channel teams with technical expertise on hirify.global products and third-party integrations.
- Manage technical relationships including objection handling, roadmaps, migration strategies, demos, pilots, and proof-of-concept work.
- Ensure smooth transition of deals from pre-sales to post-sales teams.
- Provide customer feedback to leadership and product teams.
- Conduct technical enablement and training for sales representatives and partners.
- Develop tailored workflows and novel solutions emphasizing value-based selling.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and events.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Sales Engineer or Professional Services Solutions Consultant.
- Technical expertise in SaaS applications, collaboration/productivity software, and integrations via REST API.
- Ability to create technical content for diverse audiences and formats.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of workplace transformation trends.
- Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking) at business level.
- Must be located in Sydney, Australia.
