Location: Hybrid work model in Poland (Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Opole, Poznań, Warszawa, Wrocław)

What you will do

  • Act as main point of contact for Global Time Management in-country, managing requests and changes.
  • Collaborate with Level 2 support to resolve incidents promptly.
  • Organize workshops to gather requirements and ensure legal compliance.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for teams.
  • Support integration flows between SaaS platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Assist with testing, cut-over, post go-live support, and maintain documentation aligned with global standards.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work in Poland with presence in specified cities
  • Client-focused with strong communication and collaboration skills in global teams.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, APIs, secure integrations, and platforms like SAP BTP or MuleSoft.
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Java, Python, SQL is helpful.
  • Awareness of GDPR and cloud-based environments.
  • Ability to manage requirements, improve processes, and influence stakeholders.
