Location: Hybrid role based in Atlanta, Georgia, requiring three days a week in office. Open to candidates in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington.

Salary: $112,500—$168,750 USD

What you will do

  • Plan, manage, and execute all services sales activities within your assigned region.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and effectively position the value of hirify.global services.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, professional services, customer success, and subcontractors to align resources for deal cycles.
  • Support responses to RFPs/RFIs and manage the creation, negotiation, and closure of service agreements.
  • Create Proposals and High-Level Project Plans to clearly articulate the hirify.global deployment plan to prospects.
  • Present implementation approaches and rollout strategies to prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Confident communicator able to clearly articulate the value of services to prospective customers.
  • Personable and persuasive, capable of building quick rapport during sales calls.
  • Strategic thinker, understanding internal and external stakeholder requirements for successful service deals.
  • Comfortable holding firm on positions when terms or services cannot be offered.
  • Collaborative with external Partner organizations, while prioritizing hirify.global Services business needs.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide accurate responses under sales deadlines.
