What you will do

• Lead and inspire directors, managers, and senior engineers fostering innovation and accountability.
• Own technical vision, strategy, and execution for Labs & Membership engineering.
• Define and deliver engineering roadmap powering at-home testing, connected insights, and subscription care.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and operations to create seamless user experiences.
• Oversee platform architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and scale high-performing engineering teams through hiring and development.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (US Remote role).
• 15+ years software engineering experience with 5+ years leading multiple teams.
• Proven success leading cross-functional product engineering teams and end-to-end consumer experiences.
• Experience in health tech, e-commerce, or subscription platforms preferred.
• Strong technical background with Node.js, GraphQL, React, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes.
• Expertise in scalable, secure, compliant systems handling clinical or health data.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
