What you will do

• Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for DevTooling platform
• Write quality, maintainable, and performant code for backend services
• Build common frameworks and reusable components to accelerate engineering teams
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify tooling needs and prioritize investments
• Triaging user feedback and bugs to improve developer experience
• Engage with open-source communities and maintain shared libraries

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Seattle, WA for hybrid work
• Experience with CI/CD systems and container-based workflows (preferably Kubernetes)
• Proficiency or strong interest in Go programming language
• Experience maintaining shared or open-source libraries
• Familiarity with bash scripting and knowledge of Typescript, Python, and Ruby
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to collaborate across teams
