What you will do

• Build production-ready AI agents and developer tools such as code review assistants, test generators, and deployment diagnostics
• Implement robust LLM API integrations including prompt engineering and performance optimization
• Create agent orchestration systems for complex workflows and multi-agent communication
• Contribute to platform infrastructure enabling rapid deployment and operation of AI tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design teams
• Participate in on-call rotations and ensure operational excellence of AI systems

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience building production backend systems or developer tools
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, LLM APIs, and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, Java, or Python with strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong communication skills for remote asynchronous collaboration
• Ownership mentality and ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks like LangChain or similar
• Open source contributions in AI or developer tooling
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, hirify.global, infrastructure-as-code, and GitOps
• Understanding of security and operational best practices for AI systems
