Salary: USD $124,000.00 – $329,200.00 /Yr

What you will do

• Own and advocate for the health and quality of built systems, including participating in on-call rotations and responding to incidents.
• Design, develop, and ship high-quality, scalable technical solutions that interact with multiple hirify.global services.
• Drive continued investment in the availability, security, and observability of migration and audit log services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews to encourage the growth of others.
• Design and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration and utilize CI/CD tools for automated pipelines.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software.
• Proficiency in coding languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and developing scalable applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
