Salary: $178,300.00 - $284,700.00 annually

What you will do

• Define and drive strategic initiatives and technical investments across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with leadership.
• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners to translate business objectives into clear technical program structures and execution plans.
• Serve as the connective tissue across engineering, product, design, operations, and customer support.
• Partner with engineering and technical leaders to influence architectural direction, identify risks, and guide teams toward sound technical decisions.
• Lead program execution from concept through delivery, shaping scope and enabling teams to deliver reliably.
• Drive process and operational improvements to enhance visibility and strengthen platform reliability and maturity.
• Champion AI adoption by identifying opportunities to incorporate AI into agent-facing products and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading complex, multi-team engineering initiatives.
• Strong technical fluency across modern engineering practices and the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering leaders to influence long-term technical and platform strategy.
• Proven track record of driving clarity, alignment, and execution across engineering, product, and operational teams in high-ambiguity environments.
• Skilled at translating ambiguous or competing requirements into structured, measurable programs, anticipating risks, and recommending pragmatic, scalable solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders confidently and concisely.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, decision framing, and productivity, with a strong interest in applying AI.
• English: B2 required.
