TL;DR

Program Manager (Onboarding): Lead the redesign and operationalization of a global new hire onboarding experience to improve efficiency, retention, and employee belonging with an accent on scalable program design and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in the United States (Mountain View, New York City, San Francisco, Seattle) with hybrid work format.

Salary: $134,800–$188,725 USD

What you will do

  • Execute the end-to-end redesign of the global onboarding experience to improve setup efficiency, clarity, and new hire belonging.
  • Build and maintain a repeatable operating rhythm including governance, KPIs, and measurement.
  • Align deeply with cross-functional partners (IT, Talent Acquisition, L&D, People Ops, Facilities, Security, Legal) with clear roles and shared success metrics.
  • Create scalable systems and templates for program design, updates, and reporting reusable for other employee experience programs.
  • Support team growth by developing standards, governance, and mentoring junior program managers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (locations include Mountain View, New York City, San Francisco, Seattle).
  • 8-12+ years of relevant experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Proven strategic program leadership with strong operational rigor and ability to drive workstreams to completion.
  • Experience designing and scaling global governance models and cross-functional programs.
  • Strong change management and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Data-driven decision making and storytelling capabilities.
