Location: Hybrid in Redmond, United States. Starting January 26, 2026, employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (typical U.S. base pay).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• Solid CS fundamentals and inclination for architecting at scale.
• Excellent technical design, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making and building metrics.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree and 6+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years experience.
• Experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development environment.
• Experience with data analysis and building metrics.
