What you will do

• Set research strategies to study societal impacts of AI models and integrate findings into model design
• Build creative methods and run experiments enabling public input into model values
• Increase rigor of external assurances by converting findings into robust evaluations
• Facilitate and grow capabilities to de-risk flagship model deployments timely

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, United States
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posting in English)
• 3+ years of research experience in AI or related fields
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
• Experience with large-scale AI systems and multimodal datasets
• Expertise in AI safety topics such as RLHF, adversarial training, robustness, and LLM evaluations
