What you will do

• Become an expert in the hirify.global platform and IT infrastructure management
• Consult partners on product implementation and process improvements
• Solve multi-faceted technical problems and investigate custom requests
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to support growth strategy
• Provide feedback to product management and coach sales teams
• Deliver external training and promote product solutions to partners

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany or able to work hybrid there
• Experience in technical sales of IT products
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and solution-oriented mindset
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available

Nice to have

• Experience with MSP or internal IT helpdesk
• Knowledge of RMM and Backup software
• Familiarity with APIs and scripting
• Additional languages
