What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the DACH region.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing go-to-market team.
- Drive revenue and customer growth, setting and achieving market share targets.
- Represent the company at industry events and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the regional sales budget and optimize sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- In-depth understanding of the DACH market, including local cultures and business environments.
- Strong business acumen to translate market intelligence into actionable sales plans.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in German is essential and a good level of English.
- Must have the right to work in the EU.
