What you will do
- Lead strategic prospecting and discovery to identify business challenges and align solutions.
- Acquire enterprise clients with over 1,000 employees across various industries.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Communicate value propositions effectively to decision-makers.
- Build and nurture relationships at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or consulting roles.
- Experience in software or SaaS sales is a plus.
- Business-fluent in German and English.
- Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
- Experience explaining complex processes and solution selling.
