Sales Development Representative (German Speaking): Engaging potential customers, primarily through cold calling and other channels, to identify new opportunities and generate appointments with an accent on understanding hirify.global’s value proposition and supporting sales teams across Europe. Focus on meeting daily/weekly activity metrics and developing sales skills in the cybersecurity sector.
Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in Vienna, Austria office, 2 days from home)

What you will do
- Engage with potential customers via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to generate appointments for the sales team.
- Help prospects understand hirify.global's value and how it can support their business.
- Work closely with Account Executives across Europe to ensure sales funnel progression.
- Meet daily and weekly key activity metrics.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce and Outreach) to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information.
- Invest in personal development through training and sharing best practices.
Requirements

- Native or C1 German speaking candidates required.
- Must be able to work hybrid from Vienna, Austria.
