What you will do

  • Define and execute mobile platform strategy collaborating with engineering and product teams.
  • Gather feedback and break down complex problems into actionable projects.
  • Drive adoption and advocacy of the mobile SDK platform through education and documentation.
  • Measure success with key metrics like SDK integration lead time.
  • Ensure security and compliance by partnering with relevant teams.

Requirements

  • Hybrid work: must be located within commutable distance to office
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex architectural problems for diverse stakeholders.
  • Data-driven decision making experience in mobile product context.
  • Ability to influence teams without direct authority, especially in engineering-led environments.
  • Comfortable working directly with engineers and understanding mobile SDK development.
  • English proficiency: implied by job language and communication requirements

Nice to have

  • Hands-on engineering or technical background in mobile development.
  • Experience in fintech or banking industry.
  • Experience scaling software from internal tool to external revenue-generating product.
