What you will do
- Lead the client onboarding process for the integrated platform, ensuring an organized and positive client experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding, coordinating communication between internal and external teams.
- Plan, manage, and execute integration activities, including environment setup, configuration, data migration, and system validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Client Success to ensure timely completion of onboarding milestones.
- Define and maintain onboarding frameworks, tools, and documentation to establish consistency, quality, and scalability.
- Manage project timelines, resource planning, and risk mitigation for each client onboarding initiative.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation management, or platform integration roles within a technology-driven or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder onboarding or implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts, data onboarding, configuration management, and client readiness processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with familiarity using tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities, with confidence interfacing at all organizational levels.
