Salary: $122,900 - $228,300

What you will do

• Drive successful project implementation and delivery within budget and timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with account teams, executives, customers, and partners.
• Lead discovery, estimating, delivery, deal shaping, and support activities.
• Align resources to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Mentor and provide leadership to geographically diverse project managers.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve service engagement issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (Tennessee, Texas, Florida) with ability to travel up to 30%.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of hands-on Professional Services experience and 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong communication and management skills with ability to lead diverse teams.
• Experience in selling, delivering, and supporting projects.
