What you will do
- Investigate and research Target Accounts to understand business challenges and market motivators.
- Proactively identify and manage contacts related to defined campaigns or growth opportunities.
- Optimally leverage sales engagement tools, CRM, and predictive marketing insight data.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities within target accounts.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key partners across sales, marketing, and operations.
- Identify market trends and translate them into Outbound marketing and prospecting campaigns.
Requirements
- Outstanding telephone and remote client contact skills to articulate business justification and qualify opportunities.
- Ability to provide clients with the best customer experience via 'client first' interactions.
- Ability to make a large number of calls to prospective clients daily with persistence and a positive demeanor.
- Able to articulate the benefits of hirify.global products and services to potential clients concisely.
- Experience working in a professional, fast-paced lead generation operation, preferably within financial services marketing or information technology.
- Experience with high inbound/outbound call volumes and ambitious revenue and sales targets.
