What you will do
- Identify, assess, and secure strategic partnerships for the studio.
- Lead negotiations and manage agreements with global partners.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal to structure deals and ensure compliance.
- Track global market trends to uncover new growth avenues.
- Align business development efforts with Publishing leadership and support strategy.
- Represent externally at industry events and partner meetings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial management within the gaming industry.
- Proven success negotiating and closing complex partnership agreements with global partners.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with deal modeling, ROI analysis, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of the digital distribution ecosystem, platform economics, and emerging business models.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, legal, and financial teams.
- English: C1+ required.
