Location: Hybrid role based in Poland or Romania (requiring at least eight days a month at the office in Warsaw or Cluj-Napoca).

What you will do

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of up to 11 Account Executives across Eastern Europe.
  • Drive individual and team quotas for the Italian and Benelux markets.
  • Define and execute regional sales strategies, including account planning and pipeline management.
  • Monitor KPIs, forecast accurately, and implement best practices for deal qualification.
  • Collaborate with Legal Engineering and Marketing to deliver impactful demos and tailored AI workflows.
  • Support hiring top talent to build a high-performing enterprise sales team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven success in exceeding quotas and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Strong experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and strategic account planning.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or professional services.
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills are required.
