TL;DR

Business Development Manager (SaaS): Expanding hirify.global's presence in Poland by building and managing sales pipelines, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth with an accent on SaaS sales and hospitality technology. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and meeting sales targets.

Location: Remote in Poland

Salary: Up to 13,800 PLN net (+ VAT) on B2B contract or up to 11,500 PLN gross on employment contract, plus commission

What you will do

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Poland.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with marketing to increase brand awareness and promote products.
  • Represent the company at industry events and manage sales documentation.
  • Support junior team members in developing sales competencies.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Poland with valid driving licence (category B).
  • Proven track record in B2B or B2E sales, preferably in hospitality or SaaS/Tech.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and hospitality technology.
  • English proficiency at minimum B2 and native or full professional Polish.
  • Ability to independently build sales pipeline and meet targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality technology sector.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven SaaS platforms.
